How Our Pricing Works

Monthly bookkeeping pricing is based on the service tier your business needs and the size of your business activity.

Your monthly rate may include:

A service tier fee based on the level of bookkeeping support needed.
A monthly rate based on annual gross receipts and transaction volume.
An initial set-up or clean-up fee, if your books need to be organized, corrected, or caught up before monthly bookkeeping begins.

Because every business is different, initial clean-up and set-up fees are provided by estimate only.

Basic Tier Service Fee: $150
Revenue-Based Monthly Rate: $900
Estimated Monthly Total: $1,050

Final pricing is confirmed after reviewing your business needs, number of accounts, transaction volume, and current condition of your books.

One-Time Bookkeeping Cleanup

Our one-time bookkeeping cleanup service is priced by estimate because every business’s books are different.

Pricing is based on factors such as how far behind the books are, the number of accounts and transactions, and the amount of correction or organization needed.
